Lost & Found

An episode in two parts: "Lost" and "Found" The first segment, the Lost, is about loneliness in the current landscape. Discussing how that, along with pain and fear, are the underlying epidemic not really addressed because we are too busy fighting over how to not treat the assorted symptoms. Those are painful in and of themselves and include the increase in violence, suicides, the struggles with mental and physical health, and of course the toxic social and political landscapes. The second segment comes the "found", in meeting an amazing young lady and learning of her courageous story. Along the way, I managed to find some of what inspires and drives me, and why I write the things and record the podcasts and do all the things. Connection really is a two way street.
