Lost and Found We learned one day That suffering Then time went by We forgot that pain Memory seems tore Insignificance We have the lore but not in brain Lost and found History is around Lost and found History is around Can minds catch up to what was lost Shall it be found before cruel cost Or will history rhyme with forgotten sane Will the silent generation come again? Lost and found History is around Lost and found History is around Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found History is around Lost and found History is around Lost and found Lost and found History is around Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found History is around Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found Lost and found History is around 11 Oct 2026 Thinking about how history tends to rhyme here. The ominous sound I picked was that of an approaching V1 flying bomb or buzz bomb from WW2. They must have been terrifying. A harsh, distinctive sounding pulse jet engine burning petrol. Apparently you could hear them for 30-60 seconds and then around 10 seconds before impact the engine cut out and silence. It seemed like an agonising wait before doom and boom... Fairly dark I know but maybe we only learn from the historical rhymes by attempting to imagine the absolute horrors we are trying to avoid happening again when we didn't directly experience them. That indirect reference maybe makes it a little more difficult for us to fully appreciate the suffering... It's annoyingly long on purpose and uses one unresolved chord through the whole thing
