Lost Highway

If someone started sending random tapes to my house to make me insane, it'd probably have to have that John Leguizamo movie the Pest on there. This movie poses a lot of questions; the main one being whether or not it is suitable to watch with your mother in law. It's not quite Monster's Ball levels of unsuitable, but it's definitely close. Take care when tracking this one down for a watch, maybe get a hot milo or something.
