Lost in a bubble

Lost People and Famettes, I’m back from my hiatus and ready to wander through some new thoughts or some new woods! This episode starts by sharing my experiences with diet, but as I dive deeper, I start getting lost in the complexities of it all. Just when I think I have a grip, I stumble upon an audible and book conundrum that pulls me further off the beaten path. Living in a bubble? Oh, it’s a  place most won't agree they live in, but I find myself discussing the layers of the bubble.
