He felt a tugging on his heart to take it a step further and start to work on hearts and minds and well as the physical fitness aspect.This led him to join a group where vets and first responders could decompress, share the tough parts of their jobs amongst friends and mix in a little Faith to help strengthen the members as well.On this journey, I've discussed many resources and paths to thrive beyond our experiences, not just survive.
