Parents are a huge part of our school culture and environment.  Sometimes we might feel, depending on the school and the parent, that they have an incredible amount of influence or say about the workings of a school. Especially when they are upset and feel the need to protect their child from something related to school.Today I welcome back Louise Favaro to discuss the overprotective parent and her framework for helping (dare I say handling) an upset parent looking to rescue their son or daughter.
