Louisville Lands Big OL Kyson Mallard

Louisville just landed a massive physical upgrade with 6-foot-5, 310-pound offensive lineman Kyson Mallard, a commitment from Albany, Georgia, who also had offers from Florida, Florida State, and Georgia. Mallard brings raw power and the ability to dominate with pancake blocks, but needs work on pad level, footwork, and converting weight into muscle. With high upside and a boom-or-bust potential, he could become a future star for the Cardinals — a key early win in building their 2027 class.
