Louisville vs Ole Miss Week 1 Showdown | Louisville Football News

Louisville Cardinals kick off their 2026 season Sunday night against top-ranked Ole Miss in Nashville — the only ranked-vs-ranked game of Week 1. Ranked 24th, Louisville enters under coach Jeff Brohm, who’s 3-0 in openers and undefeated in his four seasons. Despite a tough history vs. ranked teams (10-16 all-time), Brohm’s squad stunned No. 2 Miami last year. Plus, defensive coordinator Mark Ivey has deep ties to Ole Miss’s Bryan Brown — adding intrigue to the sidelines. Tune in on ABC for a high-stakes opener that could set the tone for the entire season. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
