Louisville's 2027 Stars Ignite | Louisville Football News

Louisville’s 2027 recruiting class is already lighting up the nation, led by two in-state phenoms: four-star WR Ja’Hyde Brown and three-star QB Dre’Mail Carothers. Brown is tearing it up with 16 catches, 272 yards, and 6 TDs in just two games — ranked 66 nationally and 11 among receivers. Meanwhile, Carothers is rewriting the script as a QB, throwing for 408 yards and 7 TDs in one game (24-of-25), totaling 803 yards and 11 TDs across two outings with a 74% completion rate. Ranked 614 overall, he’s poised to climb after dominating over offers from North Carolina and Oregon State — and if he keeps this up, he might earn that coveted fourth star.
