Louisville's Tough Non-Conference Test | Louisville Basketball News

Louisville’s non-conference schedule is a brutal baptism by fire—facing five NCAA Tournament teams from last year, including reigning champs Michigan, plus four Power Four foes. They open with exhibitions, then hit the hardwood against Chattanooga, Memphis, and in high-stakes matchups like the ACC/SEC Challenge vs. Texas and a rematch of their 2013 national title game against Michigan. The Cardinals also square off with Kentucky in a heated rivalry clash and close with a neutral-site showdown against Baylor. This isn’t just about wins—it’s about building grit, testing depth, and proving they belong on the national stage before conference play even begins.
