Love and hate aren’t enemies—they’re two sides of the same heartbeat. Love creates, hate protects. When love feels threatened, hate shows up like armor. It’s not evil—it’s fear trying to keep something safe. Every person who spreads hate is really guarding a wound. When we start loving ourselves, that armor isn’t needed anymore.
