Boundaries are often viewed negatively as restraining, binding and even constraining part of life. The beauty of boundaries, is that they give clear expectations that allow us to freely move, evolve and grow in relationship.
Two weeks ago, we discussed creating boundaries that are vital to the health of our relationships and marriages. We also talked about the need to continue to evaluate and refine those boundaries as the need arises.
