The married couple Mirjana and Ante Krešo, members of the Serbian and Croatian peoples from Bosnia and Herzegovina, shared with us their life story and their views on the challenges they have faced while living in Australia. From these broad-minded and open-hearted people, there was much to learn — about respecting others and those who are different, recognizing our shared humanity, engaging in intellectual exploration free of prejudice, and about the boundless love that fills their life together.
