Love It Or List It

Buy a house, sell a house, take a house, leave a house. This week we are discussing the ins and outs of home ownership. The fun part is looking for a new home to buy. The bad part is trying to sell your place. Strangers are traipsing through your home at weird hours. They are looking at your things and judging you. Keeping everything in tip-top shape is also a chore. Some houses sell immediately, while others can take quite some time. We're also talking about fresh starts and love. Our previous marriages are a major topic. At our age, we feel like this is our last opportunity to get it right. Making the marriage work, and last, is our top priority.
