In today's true crime story, I tell you the case of Dena Thompson, a woman whose manipulative and ruthless nature earned her the infamous title of "The Black Widow." Born in 1960 in Heaton, North London, Dena's early life gave no indication of the darkness that would later define her. From gymnastics competitions to a promising career at a bank, Dena seemed to have a bright future ahead.However, her life took a turn as she began a series of relationships marked by deception, theft, and murder.Dena's first victim was Lee Wyatt, whom she married in 1984. Using forged documents, she convinced Lee that they were on the verge of a lucrative deal with Disney, only to later claim that the mafia was after them. She then married Julian Webb in 1991, convincing him that she had cancer and needed his life savings for treatment.
