The women they help have been trapped in cycles of generational poverty, trauma, and addiction. They are here to provide them with not only job skills that will allow them to become effective employees, but also life skills and build them up and encourage them in their journey to wholeness. She is also the Founder of Be Charity Wise which empowers ministry leaders to achieve greater levels of transformation in the lives they touch through coaching, online, and in person training.  She is a Certified Family Trauma Professional and an author of four books.
