This episode “Love You” Is continuation of “Meeting Yourself Where You Are” in other words it's accepting and loving yourself just as you are in this very moment. I know that age takes a hold and when we look at ourselves we see the neck the fine lines etc; and we want a miracle cure from the cosmetic industry however the real peace, love, happiness comes from within. When we're young and we have everything that we're trying to achieve now if you think back on it were you any happier? the answer is usually no.
