Love Your Enemies

What does it really mean to love your enemies? This sermon explores one of the most challenging teachings of the Gospel—how loving beyond our natural instincts is central to becoming more like Christ. Rather than responding with justice alone—giving people what they deserve—we’re invited into God’s higher way of mercy, giving people what they need. At its core, salvation is shown not just as avoiding punishment, but becoming like Christ himself: loving, blessing, praying, and forgiving outwardly in a way that reflects God’s generosity and grace.
