Love Your Life To Death with Yvonne Heath

from Lisa Berry · host Transformation Talk Radio

“I don’t know what to do. I don’t know what to say.” Have you ever said these things when someone was grieving, in a crisis or suffered a loss? Haven’t we all? Grief shows no mercy. It arrives unannounced and uninvited. It does not care what else you are going through and it does not care if you’ve had enough. Everyone grieves — regardless of age, race, culture, gender, sexual orientation or economic situation; Divorce, health issues, job loss, financial stress, addictions, bullying, not making the team or getting into college and yes, facing end of life. Grief and Loss are a part of life. They cannot be avoided forever. But if we learn to take good care of ourselves and each other, we can get through it with less suffering! It’s time for change. We can do better. On today’s show you’ll learn HOW to do better as well as about a National movement: I Just Showed Up I Just Showed Up teaches people of all ages to Just Show Up for themselves and others so they are empowered and resilient when grief arrives. It can be uncomfortable. It can be awkward. We can’t always fix it. What can we do? Join me as I’ve invited Yvonne Heath, author of Love Your Life To Death, inspirational speaker, television host, radio guest and consultant to share wisdom from elders and teach us how to Just Show Up.
