Heart of Davis is a volunteer run program that manages Safe Parking for people living in their vehicles who need a safe, legal place to sleep overnight. Andrew Waterhouse & Kary Shender help ensure that the program provides secure, monitored parking spaces & that each participant is treated with respect & dignity.
