A local community college I attended might be getting a new name soon. This is one instance amongst a larger initiative to change the names and emblems of various institutions, which is not without its share of controversy. The name Thomas Nelson Community College doesn't bother me, but my neighbor seems to have a problem with it so let's talk about that.
