She says she bonded him out of jail and paid for other court fees, but she has not been paid back. She’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues they never dated. Then, The plaintiff says her son dated the defendant and they allegedly have a child, but she has doubts about the paternity because she heard the defendant is a prostitute. She’s petitioning the court for a DNA test and is suing her for property damage. The defendant says the plaintiff doesn’t like her, and she’s countersuing for defamation.
