LOVESICK PODCAST: Disability Attorney Tracey Pate

Tracey is the founding member and Managing Attorney of Disability Associates LLC, where 100% of the practice is dedicated to securing disability benefits for Social Security disability clients. With over 25 years of experience, Tracey has successfully represented thousands of disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration, the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, the Appeals Council, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Tracey has been qualified as an expert witness in Social Security disability law in the Circuit Court of Maryland and is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Tracey is passionate about both people and the law, and is invigorated by the challenge of tackling complex issues and finding solutions that benefit all parties involved. In personal life, Tracey enjoys spending time with family and rescue animals, traveling, and working with survivors of human sex trafficking through service with a local outreach group.
