Participants learn practical techniques for overcoming internalized body shame, distinguishing between body acceptance and broader self-love, and understanding how genuine self-worth creates more authentic and successful dating experiences. Through interactive exercises and group discussions, attendees leave with concrete tools to build confidence and attract healthier relationships.
