Loving ourself through big feelings with THE DOODS

from Alchemy Experience · host Erin Pittinaro, LCSW, PLLC

These week's episode is featuring the one and only, my noodle doodle, the DOODS, Jimmy Rae, my first born, James. James has always danced to his own tune, been spirited and wise beyond is years.  He is strong, smart and empathic, allll the big feels.  He has been asking to join me on a live since I began this journey a few months back.  He wanted to join the crew that inspires this world.   James was diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety a few years back (when he was in first grade) and his story has been one of many twist turns and ups and downs.  We continue to process all the big feelings and work through how to love ourself.  We unpack how we show up for ourself and those around us and how we are leaving an imprint on the world. I am so proud of this boy and know he will continue to do remarkable things.  James wanted to be sure that people know they are not alone, that having big feelings is OK and makes you a good human.  If you are a parent, guardian or loved one of a spirited kiddo and need support, guidance or just a place to feel understood and heard.  I am here.  Please reach out and find me on all social as Erin Pittinaro:   Facebook: Erin Turner Pittinaro Insta: TheErinPitt
