She's been able to use the tools from BCB to not fall into old habits. - Her confidence level is so different. - She's more comfortable in her postpartum body now than she was the first 30 years of her life.   Loving your body through different stages What advice would you give to someone who's fearful of getting into different stages of her body? Instead of horror stories, what do you wish you had heard instead?   - It's easy to say "don't compare" but we're all going to. - Monitor your comparison, compare yourself. Look at what your body has done.  - Your body has gotten you through lots of hard things. It is amazing what a women's body can do.    How have her thoughts about missing out of life changed since BCB? - How she grew up impacted how she viewed being a mom -  She saw her mom miss out on experiences because she didn't want to show her body. - She never said yes to a pool party, she never went to the beach with her friends. She told people she didn't like the beach because she didn't want to be in a swimsuit in front of people - She wants those experiences now and wants to be an active mom. - She's embodying her confidence in her body and in her business.

NEWMORROW SESSIONS - A PodCast Series on the Future of Hospitality Mario C. Bauer, Florian Schneider, Axel Weber & Dr. Tillman Bardt The Newmorrow PodCast is more than a podcast — it's a platform for open dialog on the future of our business, a platform for those building what doesn’t exist yet. Here, we share and embrace our passion for the hospitality industry, but we won’t romanticize the journey. We ask the tough questions, confront uncomfortable truths, and prepare for a future that resists easy answers. We believe that the tougher and wilder times become, the more openly, honestly and humanely people need to talk to each other and act together. We believe, openness, togetherness, and truthfulness should also be cornerstones of a professional community to develop our utopian idea of „open source“. This is a space where visionaries don’t just imagine the future — they wrestle with the paradoxes that shape it: success vs. happiness, data vs. instinct, stability vs. reinvention. Join leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers as they share not what made them — but what’s actively shaping them, now and next.
