Low Inventory Lottery is BACK!

This is not the first OR last time for this phenomenon but it is happening right NOW in many areas across Toronto GTA. This is a term I coined back in 2021 and its happened a few times since then, including in early 2022. A combination of low inventory and high demand has been adding 10-30% to what some sellers are getting for their properies. Its far from scientific and NO one can predict when it starts or ends.
