The message here is get your heart pumping, by integrating short bursts of activity into your daily routine. It can be climbing stairs at work, parking further away from the store entrance or even jumping on your bike to cycle to get your mail......walking, jogging, cycling or swimming....whatever you do to move that body, helps your circulation, heart and blood pressure.
