LOWVILLE

Well!!! Wouldn't you know.... the other day while driving through Lowville I heard a strange choir singing in a little stone church on the edge of town. It was none other than the Erin Redneck Tabernacle Revival! Since I had all of my gear I quicky set up and recorded this song...;-) Lowville: Song Track LOWVILLE: Lyrics Living life high in the pristine mountains, You can hear the angels cry, Having mercy on those poor souls of Lowville. On the outskirts of town, In the fields of freshly cut green, The river cuts through the soul of Lowville. Further down the road is a den of snakes, With poison in their fangs and rattles on their tails, Ready to strike the unsuspecting travelers through Lowville. From the falling hills of white and gray, That once overlooked ancient lakes with ancient creatures, In the middle of the saddle of crumbling spires is Lowville. Looking out over the fields of wheat, Along the road where the sun sets in the east, Is the little stone church of Lowville, Where the solemn souls march to their pace, And go to make their peace. Lifting their spirits high from the depths of Lowville. Fallen are the children whose family are their slaves. They look down from the crystal palaces high, Into the lowly depths of Lowville. Marching are the armies that take no prisoners, On the edge of a land that is no place, Hear only the cry of those lonely souls of Lowville. Living life high in the pristine mountains, You can hear the angels cry, Having mercy on those poor souls of Lowville. Walk the path of the righteous and step down, To give your hand, your love, your attention, To those unfortunate souls in Lowville. THE WORLD WILL BE A BETTER PLACE.! WORDS & MUSIC ©2004 Peter J.
