One of those “superstars” is country/folk and Americana singer/songwriter, Luanne Hunt.Throughout her illustrious career, the award-winning, four-time Grammy-balloted recording artist has built an impressive list of accomplishments, including scoring over twenty No. 1 hits on charts around the world, including New Music Weekly, Roots Music Report and the European Country Music Chart, to name a few.She is best known for her chart-topping single, “Christmas Without You” (a.k.a. “Patsy Cline’s Lost Christmas Song”), which was named by Sweden’s largest daily newspaper, Dagens Nyheter, one of the Top 25 Christmas Songs of All-time. Hunt, who was inducted into the Independent Superstars Country Music Hall of Fame in 2016, has been working hard at making quality music for twenty years. The enchanting “Solace in The Wind” reached No. 1 on the European Country Music Association’s chart (Belgium) in July, 2010.Additionally, the song landed on the 2009 Grammy ballot in two categories: Best Country Song and Best Female Country Performance. And it topped the Roots Music Report Folk Charts for twelve consecutive weeks in 2008.Hunt began pursuing a professional music career in the mid-1990s.
