Lucas Bergendahl talks Cacao ceremonies, Cacao spirit, and much more! (Plant Medicine Practitioner, Intuitive Healer, and more!) Episode #12

In this episode of The Energy Fitness Podcast we had the pleasure of picking Lucas Bergendahl's brain on all things spirituality! We talk here in (Part 1) mostly about Cacao and its very powerful healing powers but we also dig into Lucas' connection to spirituality. Lucas has been on several very popular broadcasted interviews some of which can easily be found on YouTube, Lucas was born remembering his past lives and in his mid-twenties received a drop-in of additional spiritual guidance that shifted his life immensely. Lucas is from Denmark and we are grateful for the opportunity to have met him and had the opportunity to sit with him and ask him many questions. Lucas will be initiating Kaitlyn and I (Trenton) in a Cacao Ceremony to connect with the ascended master that is the Cacao spirit, and after that Lucas will be guiding participants at Energy Fitness Studio through a healing cacao ceremony with the assistance of Jen Lucas (Sound Healer Ep. 2).
