DAVID MANN - PRESIDENT & CEO - LUCAS COUNTY LAND BANK The Lucas County Land Bank hosted a community update and debuted a series of short films showcasing its work building neighborhoods recently at the Imagination Station. The event was to highlight progress under the Land Bank’s five-year strategic plan called Building neighborhoods and new initiatives to invest in land, buildings, and people in Lucas County. About 200 people, including elected officials, neighborhood leaders, and residents were there.  GUEST: TIM FRIEDMAN - OWNER - CULTURE CLASH RECORDS  Saturday, April 20th is the 17th annual global Record Store Day, and Culture Clash is throwing the best party in town. Record Store Day launched in 2008 as a means to celebrate and promote the distinctive culture and community surrounding thousands of independently owned record stores around the world.
