On Saturday, September 10, 2022, 4-year-old, Lucian Munguia was with his family at Sarg Hubbard Park in Yakima, Washington, when his younger sister needed a diaper change. Lucian’s father, Juan Munguia, says he just turned his back for a minute to change the baby and when he was done, Lucian was gone. Lucian Munguia is Hispanic, four years old, 4 feet tall, and weighs 40 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue, long-sleeved t-shirt with a shark, blue shorts, and black shoes.
