The Biden-Trump debate was the worst I've ever watched...and that's saying something! SCOTUS has had a busy week - limited a federal obstruction law used to charge hundreds of Jan 6th defendants as well as Trump; issued a ruling that will limit federal agencies’ sweeping regulatory power - Chevron deference; and overturned an injunction that would have placed limits on contact between government officials and social media companies on a series of issues.
