Lucy Ferráez-Rivero- Is CEO of Translations 4 All, established more than 20 years ago, and headquartered in California. She studied at the University of Los Angeles, California, (UCLA) and is a certified interpreter. Lucy has worked with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health for more than 15 years in over 2,000 conferences, symposiums, and seminars in the United States, focusing on the different stages of mental health, how to identify them, and how to eliminate the stigma. Lucy's bilingualism and cultural competence have been of great contribution to eliminate the language gap, to educate, advocate, raise awareness and implement drastic changes in the mental health system, as well as to provide greater support to those who suffer from mental health, their families, and to those who care for them. Lucy is first a mother, a daughter and wife, an activist and believer in closing the gender inequality gap, at work and at home.
