Lucy O’Brien spent many years living and working in hospitality in tropical Port Douglas, butfive years ago she decided to give up the warmth to move to Tasmania to pursue her dream of becoming a distiller. Six months later she was working in the industry and and we now find her as the distillery manager of the historic, Clyde Mill Distillery at Bothwell in Tasmania’s central highlands.
