This is a chapter that’s a lot about money and that’s a little about reading Moses in the profits. It’s about a person who takes some money and uses it for relationships with people builds relationships with people by basically giving them money or taking away debt and is commended for it And most people in our society would not commend him how different God is than us! We often don’t consider how different God is than us how we use money is usually completely selfish how this household manager uses money is to make friends for themselves with worldly wealth. Interesting isn’t it what is highly valued by people is deeply offensive to God that’s a great verse to think about and ponder how much we value money and how little God values it actually may be as offended by it and how we treat itand then there’s the story about a guy who gives no money no food no crumbs to Lazarus this unnamed rich man who has five brothers also unnamed that are lost so so lost in the midst of all their wealth
