Luke 24 CEB (Common English Bible)

The final chapter of Luke, and yet it also connects to the first chapter of the book of acts. This chapter is all about the first day of the week the day of Resurrection, the day of the empty tomb, the day of the appearances the day of the trip to Emmaus, the day of the Ascension from the amount of olives. Jesus shares a few different times the connections between the law and the prophets and the psalms and his life, death and resurrection. We see that he was actually the only visitor to Jerusalem, who did know what was really happeninghow ironic Cleo’s question is are you the only visitor to Jerusalem who is unaware of the things that have been happening there over the last few days no Cleopas.
