Luke Chapters 21-22

In this episode, we read Luke chapters 21 and 22, where Jesus speaks about the future and prepares for the events leading to His crucifixion. In chapter 21, Jesus teaches about the end times, urging His followers to remain watchful, faithful, and steadfast even in the face of trials and uncertainty. Chapter 22 moves into the final moments before the cross, including the Last Supper, where Jesus establishes communion and speaks of His coming sacrifice. We also see the betrayal by Judas, Jesus’ prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane, and His arrest. Luke 21–22 reminds us of the importance of spiritual readiness, perseverance, and trust in God’s plan, even in the most difficult and uncertain moments.
