O mercado financeiro teve um dia de mau humor em reação à declaração do presidente eleito Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) sobre o teto de gastos. Em discurso na Conferência do Clima da ONU, no Egito, nesta quinta-feira (17), Lula disse que não adianta pensar apenas em responsabilidade fiscal. Segundo o petista, o teto de gastos tira dinheiro “da saúde, da educação e da cultura”. Na sequência às declarações, o Ibovespa passou a operar em queda e o dólar, em alta.
