Information Intermediation and Instruction is an MLIS pathway focusing on the skill set of helping users define and articulate their information needs. Intermediation and instruction occurs in a wide variety of LIS and non-LIS work environments. MLIS students learn more about this pathway and meet with pathway instructors, and iSchool’s own Director of Online Learning, for a Q and A about building a career in this area.
