Stephanie Ardrey is CEO/President, Blu Diamond Group, Inc. with Blu Diamond Capital, Advisory and Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage, advisory and development firm. Previously, Ardrey directed multibillion dollar portfolios of commercial real estate development projects – luxury, mixed-use, and retail commercial projects. Including: Villa Azure, the Villas at Park LaBrea, Palazzo and Palazzo East at Park LaBrea, Palazzo Westwood, Saks Fifth Avenue Mixed-use and Hollywood Park masterplan. Prior to entering the high stakes high pressure world of venture finance and commercial real estate development, Ardrey was the founder and CEO of The ArdreyGroup Inc., a full-service advertising and marketing communications agency with eight offices across seven western states. Ardrey is a Doctoral Candidate for the Doctor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration on International Business. She is adjunct faculty at UCLA, CSULA, and LA Southwest College – leading the real estate programs.
