Ah, sleep. It's simply one of the best things in existence. Seriously, how many times do you wake up and just wnat to stay in bed because it feels so good. Like is there really anything that brings such euphoric feelings and requires so little effort? Plus, sleep has all these scientific benefits. It leads to better focus, stronger emotional control as well as more energy and better health overall. Okay, we all know that but it gets better... • Studies have also shown that napping during the day leads to more productivity. • And experts believe that hitting snooze in the morning may be better than just jumping up out of bed. I'm no sleep expert or psychologist, nor do I claim to be. I'm just a lazy dude that enjoys his sleep. But I can say from experience, sleep is one of the best things for you. So the next time you oversleep your alarm or fall asleep during your shift, just explain that you're trying to be as productive as possible.
