Lydia attended the same school as Adele, Jessie J and Amy Winehouse, The B.R.I.T. Performing Arts School, and yet left school at 16 to make her own way. She carved a successful five-year career in television production at 17, ran her own Asian fusion restaurant in Panama at the age of 22, produced her own TV show for London TV, before discovering her calling as a Life Coach. She is an ACC credentialed life and business coach with the International Coaching Federation, has advanced training with Coach U in America, has worked with corporations including Lloyds TSB, Thames Water, AON, Capita, Zurich and Reed Learning as a communications skills specialist. She is the co-creator of The Russian Doll Project, a company that creates luxury personal retreats in Ibiza, as well as the coaching apps Niggle-Lite and Niggle-Pro. Currently Lydia is the leading expert in life fitness and founder of Life Cleanse, a personal growth membership site for ambitious individuals who want to maintain their mental, emotional and spiritual fitness, so that they can make life even more amazing.
