Lydia Olivere on joining UA Mission Run Baltimore distance, Villanova, her toughest test and more

Today I’m joined by Lydia Olivere! She runs for UA Mission Run Baltimore Distance and her primary event is the 3k steeplechase. She attended Villanova University where she was multiple time Big East champion and broke several school records. She also qualified for NCAA’s several times and played a crucial role in helping her team qualify for cross country nationals. In this episode we discuss her personal experiences at Villanova, how running has helped her grow as a person over the years, the start of her pro career and more.
