Lyme Disease Awareness: Rash or No Rash

from Today’s Gut Health Tip · host Melissa Hall Klepacki, M.Ac.

Really important to know that not everyone who is bitten will develop a rash.  A hallmark bulls eye rash should be taken very seriously and warrants immediate medical care and antibiotics.  However, close to 60% of patients never remember seeing a rash.  Many never recall seeing or being bitten by a tick. This is how it was for me.   So please share that news with others. No rash doesn't mean you are in the clear. I'd advise anyone getting a tick bite to see a doctor.
