A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), Lyndsey has spent 25 years performing research, training, and developing hybrid modality support so she can best support her clients in finding a safe refuge in their own mind and body. Lyndsey has trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, IFS, somatic psychotherapies including Somatic Experiencing, attachment work, art therapy, and advanced EMDR techniques to support people struggling with early childhood neglect and abuse, addictions, combat trauma, and self-harming/self-defeating behaviors and thoughts.
