After a successful career as a food and wine journalist and restaurant publicist, Lynn Fredericks found her calling in 1995 when she turned her own lessons about cooking with children as a single parent into a national non-profit. Family Cook Productions develops and disseminates evidence based nutrition education programs and curricula to schools, community organizations and farm educators across the USA.
