Lynn Lansford - Children's Healing House

Lynn Milburn Lansford was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, the youngest child of university  English professors. At 6 months, her parents uprooted her and moved to Ethiopia where she caught not only Malaria, but the compassion for serving others. She attended a boarding school in Laredo, Texas where she was the only "gringa" which fed her love of many cultures. Most weekends found her in Mexico opening her heart to the impoverished. She married her high school sweetheart only to lose him to drowning four months later. She delivered her first child, a son, 6 months later. She was 16. Lynn attended Oklahoma State University, remarried, and had two more children and sixteen foster children, although not all at once. She became a jewelry store owner and earned her Diamond degree from the Gemological Institute of America. After the dissolving of her ten year marriage and her business, she met her soul mate and current husband Jim Lansford. Wanting more children, she and Jim decided to adopt from Romania soon after its revolution. This decision changed their lives forever. After adopting two very ill children, one of Roma descent and discovering hundreds more children hidden away, they spent the next twelve years working for children's rights in Romania. Just recently, she and her husband created The Children's Healing House in the Rocky Mountains to house, free of charge, families flocking to Colorado to obtain Medical Marijuana for their sick children. Lynn is a minister and spiritual counselor specializing in Mediumship.
