Lynn Smith - Becoming an Ultra Marathon Runner For The First Time! Hub Member Story.

Running Hub member Lynn Smith joins us on the podcast this week to share her story on her journey to achieving her first ultra marathon. Lynn has been with the Hub for a couple of years and taken on a few halfs and full marathons since being with us. She then sprung the next challenge on Coach James by signing up for the Tiree Ultra Marathon and this is where the next adventure began.  Lynn has been an inspiration through this block and shared the challenges, successes and all about race day itself.
